Privacy policy
Amivoix is operated under ARC Publishing. This explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Your email address, and your partner's if you invite them. Everything you and your partner type into the quiz and any paid follow-up interview, including free-text answers. Purchase confirmation from our payment provider, who handles your card details directly; we never see your full card number. Basic usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location from IP) to keep the site working. Anything you send us directly, like a support email.
How your answers are used
Your answers are processed by AI to generate your personalised report. Your partner never sees your individual answers, only the shared sections described before the quiz begins. We do not sell your answers. Your answers are used only to produce your results, and for nothing else.
AI processing, plainly
Your report is written by AI language models analysing patterns in your answers, not by a person reading them as part of the normal process. The AI providers we use for report generation and personalised art operate their commercial products under terms that, by default, do not use your data to train their general models. It does not diagnose, and it can be wrong: it works from what you tell it.
Who we share data with
Our AI providers, for processing only, bound by their standard commercial terms. Our payment provider, who processes payments and acts as merchant of record. Our email provider, who sends invite, delivery, and account emails. Our hosting provider, who stores site and report data, encrypted. We do not share your answers with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep your data
Quiz and interview answers: up to 24 months after your last activity, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. Delivered reports: kept as long as your session record exists, so you can re-download them. Long-term storage for a future subscription feature is separate and requires its own opt-in consent.
Your rights
Email privacy@amivoix.com to access, correct, or delete your data, and we will act within 30 days or as required by your local law. If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. If one partner deletes their account, the shared sections of a report are also removed.
Children
Amivoix is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest for your answers and reports. No system is completely secure. If a breach ever affects your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We will post updates here and, for material changes, notify you by email.
